WHO WE ARE

William Snyder is the founder of Climate Change Narrative.Org. He retired from Deloitte Consulting in 2021 after working 23+ years focused in technology, risk and quality management and business consulting. William has experience working with clients in the public, private and nonprofit sectors across regional, national and global scales. 

During his time at Deloitte, William held a global role that allowed him to see first-hand, across 90+ countries, how climate change is impacting our planet. Upon retiring from Deloitte, he was determined to use his experience to be involved in climate related consulting.

Outside of work, you will find William traveling, hiking, cycling, skiing or reading a great biography. He now spends his time in California, Colorado and Europe, all of which are being significantly  impacted by climate change. 

Kari Baker is member of our Board of Directors and a natural connector of people and resources with the ability to create enthusiasm and drive people toward action. She has in-depth experience in customer success and support and plays an invaluable role in our communications, marketing, social media and customer success capabilities. 

When not working, you will find Kari traveling, hiking, meditating, and enjoying a glass of champagne. She participates in ocean and trail cleanup wherever she goes.
